When the quotation is accepted, depending on the product and your preference, we either send it to you by courier service or direct our technical staff from the service departmant to make the installation at your site, no matter where you are. We suggest to prefer our professional installation service for radio remote controls.
Shall there be a problem regarding the use of the product, we would like to help you immediately by giving advise on the phone. If necessary, we will ask you to send the product to our service facility.
